If a phone is defective within the first 7 days from the date of receipt: http://www.dropshippers.co.za/
It will be repaired or replaced for a new one if the phone is not repairable within 7 business days of receipt. Any and all instruction books, cords, accessories, or any other items that were originally included with the phone will not be replaced unless they are found to be defective. http://www.dropshippers.co.za/
If defective or incorrect phone was sent out, maximum R80 shipping fee will be covered when sending the phone back for repair or exchange. http://www.dropshippers.co.za/
If you wish to return a defective phone for a refund a 12% re-stocking fee will apply. Upon receipt and acceptance of your return, refund your purchase price, minus shipping, handling, gift packaging, the applicable restocking fee and/or any other charges.
