YOU AGREE TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD US HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, LIABILITY COSTS AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ATTORNEY'S FEES) ARISING FROM YOUR VIOLATION OF THIS AGREEMENT OR ANY THIRD-PARTY'S RIGHTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INFRINGEMENT OF ANY COPYRIGHT, VIOLATION OF ANY PROPRIETARY RIGHT AND INVASION OF ANY PRIVACY RIGHTS. THIS OBLIGATION SHALL SURVIVE ANY TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT. OUR LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE SERVICES.
This Agreement will be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of South Africa without regard to its conflict of law principles. Venue for any dispute under this Agreement will be Johannesburg, South Africa.
Additional Terms and Conditions for Retailer Account Holders
We are not liable for damages, direct or consequential, resulting from your use of the product you purchased or complimented, or any failure of such product. We do not guarantee the usability of the product. You agree not to hold us responsible for any way for any injury, loss or damage which occurs as a result of product found on the DropShippers SA website.

The Product price, stocking and other sensitive information in the Product may not be disseminated to any third-party in any medium under any set of circumstances except as expressed herein. The Product price, stocking and other sensitive information in it may not be reprinted, resold, transferred, or given away, in part or in full, in any manner, without the express advance written consent of DropShippers SA, its assigns or successors.

You also grant to DropShippers SA the right to use your name in connection with the submitted materials and other information as well as in connection with all advertising, marketing and promotional material related thereto. You agree that you shall have no recourse against DropShippers SA for any alleged or actual infringement or misappropriation of any proprietary right in your communications to DropShippers SA.
